Liftmaster Adapter No red light

I just received my Tailwind iQ3 kit today and installed it.  I followed the instructions for the Liftmaster Adapter and connected the blue/white wire with the red and white wire with the green/yellow/black wires from the adapter.  When I hit a button on the adapter no red light flashes above the 1/2 buttons.  I opened the adapter to check if a battery was installed and even replaced the installed battery with a new duracell 2032 cr battery.  Still no light.

What do I need to do next?

  Hi Shawn,

  Please DO NOT connect the green / yellow / black wires together. Those 3 wires are to control 3 separate openers. If you tie them all together nothing will work.
  
  For a one door installation:
  
  Red on adaptor -> white / blue stripe on the Tailwind harness
  Green on adaptor -> white on the Tailwind harness
  Yellow and black - leave tape on them and then should not touch each other or anything else.
