Adding TVS to Shared Account

Hi--I have read many of the older posts but I can not find a resolution yet.  Both doors and TVS's are set up fine on my iPhone & work per spec.  My wife has joined the shared account (her own email & PW) but I can not add her TVS dedicated to her car.  The app works fine but when I click on the lower right bars, then Vehicle List then the car with the plus I get the message about needing Motion permission.  I click on Settings and everything is green or on.  Do I need to delete her TVS on my phone?  I have hard booted, updated firmware & even deleted & re-installed.  TYFYH!

  Done--all set.  I deleted the app again, hard booted & got through the Privacy>MOTION settings.
