The app has started failing to work. It opens the door ok but gives an error about the connection. I reinstalled and cant even log in. We have made no changes of any kind. There are no other issues with our Internet connection.

  I tap log in and nothing happens. I try password reset and nothing happens. I can log in to the website fine. My wife didn't reinstall and she can open the door but the app shows a connection error and it says update firmware. Her notifications have been messed up for a while.

  Can confirm the app is 100% broken on Android. Somehow it still works in Samsung Smart things though.
