Previously invited spouse gets a new Android phone
I am my Tailwind's admin. I replaced my S21 Android phone with an S24 and signed in with my acct. All is well on my phone.
My wife was invited and accepted a year ago and now also replaced her S21 with a new S24 Android phone. The three login choices don't fit the case - she's an invited user but doesn't have a new invite email. My phone has her listed as Accepted. I don't see a reinvite button. If I tap the + (add user) and enter her email, it says (Registered), I tap Share, and it says "The device is already shared to this user".
Do I have to delete her as a user and re-add her? Or is there a more elegant way to reinvite her for her new phone?
Edit to add: Before migrating, I made online Samsung Cloud and Google One backups. I used wired Samsung SmartSwitch to copy "Everything" from each S21 to its replacement S24. On my S24, I signed in to the Tailwind app using my credentials and most all settings were present. On my wife's S24, I also tried clicking on the link in her year-old invite email (of course, I was told the link had expired) and I tried restoring the Tailwind app from her S21's Samsung Cloud backup (no improvement, still wants a login).
If this was urgent, I'd delete her from my Tailwind app and re-add her, but I'm waiting to see if Tailwind support offers a more elegant solution.
I searched support for "invite" and none of the posts addressed this issue. Thank you.

I sent this question to support and received a good answer. The support article called "How do I allow family members or others to access my Tailwind garage on their phones?" now includes this new paragraph that covers this situation:
"If they don't already have one, Tailwind will automatically create an account for guests when they accept an invitation for shared access. At any point in the future if / when they need to log back into the Tailwind app, they will login as an "existing user" because they have their own account."
