Garage door often does not close

I have the pro version. The WiFi signal is great. The system opens the garage door consistently, but can only close it episodically, perhaps three times out of 10. When I give the close command, I always get the white flashing light followed by a “click”, but the garage door actually closes only sometimes.

I have a lift master garage system. My tailwind kit includes a garage opener dongle, ie it’s not one that’s directly wired into the garage door motor mechanism.

  Try turning up your door close pulse time a bit add in increments of 25 and retest until you find a setting that works.
  The pulse time is basically how long the tailwind device presses the button on the dongle transmitter
  From the screen that controls the door tap the gear top right.

  Depending on how old it is you may also want to check and/or replace the battery on the transmitter that is connected to that dongle.
