Missing HomeKit Setup Code

I just installed my Tailwind Pro and it is working via the app. After this it wanted to update the firmware, and I did the update. It's now at 9.97. I never got the HomeKit setup email and the HomeKit Setup Code is blank in the app. I have followed the instructions to reset HomeKit via holding down the button until it flashes green. That did not fix it. I've restarted everything, no change. There is a blue dot to the right under the Setup Code (For Apple HomeKit) section.
