Please check now. There was an intermittent glitch in one of our services that appeared to be affecting some shared access users that was resolved.

I’m having the same issue….believe it’s the result of iPhone update because my wife who has not done the update yet is having no issues. Hopefully it’s resolved soon.

The automatic open/close stopped working for me and my wife today. Both of us have iPhones with the vehicle sensors. I was on 16.5.2c and it used to work but stopped working today. Upgraded to 16.6 and still broken.

I noticed a similar issue. However, if my phone is on Wi-Fi it works. If I'm on my mobile data (Verizon here) not working. Not sure if it is Wi-Fi in general or IF you have to be on the same network as your tailwind, I haven't gone anywhere and connected to another wifi not at home to test.

I restarted my tailwind. My auto open/close worked fine a hour ago. Maybe not related but glad it’s working again.

I appear to have the same issue, the IOS app seems to think everything is fine but open and close is not working

same problem here. Left for work this morning and the auto close did not function, any attempts to close either through the tailwind app or through the Google home app were unsuccessful - no error. garage status would just go back to open.

when I went home and was connected to the same Wi-Fi network app and Google home work just fine.

but I just left the house again and am running into the same trouble as we speak while I'm trying to close my garage door while I sit at the store.

Pixel 6 pro- all security updates- Google Fi as provider (T-Mobile mvno)

when I get back to the house I will try to restart and see what happens

Hard power cycled the tailwind unit and things seem to work again

Correction from my previous statement -
Google Home integration was NOT working. Only responded to the (tailwind) app while on the same wifi network.

All indicators were green both in app and on the unit.

After a power cycle requests to open/close were honored on LTE and Wifi through the tailwind app itself, but Google home does not respond to open or close requests. Pin is requested on open, just no action.

I will also confirm that a reboot of the tailwind has resolved my issue. Things are working on LTE as well as Wi-Fi.

Same issue. Had to go back home and manually press the button. Did not work on wifi or via Google Home.

Switching to my guest network (same as Tailwind) I was able to open from the app.

Any customer support response yet on what happened today?

This impacted both myself and my wife on Pixel 7 Pros.

My Tailwind light has been green the whole time.

None of our phones could open with Tailwind. Powering down the device helped with our Android devices but Iphones are are still non functional. One reinstalled the app but still no luck.
