still having problem with auto open/close
I am still having issues with auto open/close
It worked very well when I first got it ,I was highly impressed, but now ,I don't know if my door will auto open or not.That is the main reason I got the Tailwind device was just for that feature.I hope you can get the bugs out.
I have reset everything on the device,by treating it as a new install ,it still fails
My blue tooth is always on and connected to car , my wifi signal is good
I have also checked the settings on my Android phone and they are correct even after the latest Android update.

Hi David,
Please make sure you have the latest version of the Tailwind app installed on your phone. If you tap the top left corner of the app it will bring up the main menu. The version code is shown at the bottom and should be 11.4.
If you've confirmed you have V11.4 of the app and it isn't reliable, please email support@gotailwind.com so we can initiate some remote diagnostics for you to make things right again.
