My app keeps saying my garage door is opening and closing when it is not

I keep getting notifications from the Tailwind app that my garage door is opening and closing when it is not.  This will go on in spurts with several notifications in a 5 minute interval.  Does anyone know why this is happening?  I

  It sounds like an issue with the door sensor. Please check the door sensor alignment. If it's nothing obvious, please send a couple pictures of your door sensor from different angles to support@gotailwind.com and let our team know you're receiving false door open / close notifications.
