GPS location won't open/close door

The Tailwind app stopped opening/closing the door when I approach  or leave. It will respond when I use the app to open/close the door "manually", but not with the GPS position. I have tried rebooting the phone, router, Tailwind device, and modem with no success. I even deleted and reinstalled the app.
