when I use the app to open the door it opens a few inches and stops. if I then close the door and reopen it then it opens all the way. if I use the fob then it opens normally ie all the way. it had been working normally previously.

  Hi David,

  Please check the alignment of your door sensor to make sure there's nothing wrong with it, and make sure the app is showing the correct state of the door - both open and closed.

  Thanks Scott. The door sensor is aligned as it always has been and the app shows the correct state of the door. It opens about 6 inches then stops. I then have to close the door and immediately re-open it, then it opens fully. If I close the door and then reopen it the same thing happens, it only opens 6inches. Any ideas?

  Can you please send a couple pictures from different angles of the door sensor with the door closed to support@gotailwind.com David? I think I know what's going on. Just need to see a couple pictures.
