Door Sensor Troubleshooting

Hi all,

   Recently installed two sensors for my garage doors.  One door works great with everything I've tested (night mode, open reminders, etc.).

   The other door seems to be behaving as if the sensor is inoperative or not detecting the magnet on the garage door.  When closed (by any Tailwind means), the door will initially close, but then re-engage and open the door back up.  The door subsequently locks out.  When opened and closed manually via factory wall switch, the door position inside the Tailwind app doesn't update to reflect the actual position.

   Admittedly, the sensor did experience a bump during my first attempt at installation.  There is a collar at the base of my garage door which I didn't notice and during my first test it grabbed the sensor, and slid it up the J-rail until it impacted a bracket.  However, the door's safety system kicked in and the impact didn't seem significant to me and the sensor itself doesn't show any damage or distortion.  The scratches on the surface of the senor are from my wrench when removing the set screw :-(

   Is there any type of troubleshooting mode where I can determine for sure if the sensor is at fault?
