Android Widget Not Refreshing + Wear OS Issues

Neither of these issues are overly important, but I feel they need a mention nonetheless.  Hopefully a fix can be implemented in a future update.

The widget on my home screen constantly needs to be refreshed.  I'll tap the refresh icon in the top right corner and the door image pops up for only a second or two before it displays the refresh message again.  I've tried removing the widget, putting on a page by itself, but nothing seems to help.  Running on S22 Ultra (Android 13).

The Wear OS issue also involves an issue with refreshing.  When opening or closing the door from the watch, I get an endless notification to "Please Wait" after the door has completed it cycle.  The only way to get back to the interface is to swipe this notification away, but this happen every time the app is used.  Running on Galaxy Watch 4 with latest updates.
