Google Home - Close command works, open command does not

Linked my tailwind with google home.

When I ask google to "Close garage door" it works

When I ask google to "Open garage door" it asks for the pin i give it ... it then says opening garage door and nothing happens?

Any advice?

  This has happened to me off and on for quite a while. I unlinked Tailwind from Google Home and relinked, it worked for a bit but then stopped again. Wish this issue would be resolved once and for all. Is it possible to remove the pin feature since it seems, Google might be struggling with that bit the most?

  Happening to me as well. Continously removing and adding back in was working, but now I haven't been able to get it to work again at all for quite a while now.
