Door 1 does not close at setpoint time of 5 minutes. At time, TW unit flashes color & audio sounds twice. Door 1 becomes locked. Followed 3 unlocking guides.

  Sorry you're having trouble. I can help you.

  Does the door actually move at all when this happens?

  Is this a new installation or did it just stop working one day?

  Are you using any sort of adaptor between the Tailwind wires and the garage door opener?
