Tailwind Vehicle Sensor Firmware Update

Keeping your Tailwind system up to date with the latest software and firmware is the best way to assure things continue to work properly. Every few months there are operating system updates on mobile phones that can cause problems if apps and their associated hardware isn't kept up to date.

To update your Tailwind vehicle sensor(s) firmware simply follow the steps below.

1) Tap in the bottom right corner of your door control screen to bring up the menu for that Tailwind controller. Tap on "Vehicle List".

2) For each vehicle sensor you want to update, tap on the pencil icon.

3) Tap on "Update Sensor Firmware" and follow the instructions in the app.
