Do your family members want the Tailwind app on their phones? Tailwind allows you to add as many users as you want. During setup Tailwind creates the administrator account. It is from the administrator's account that you create additional user accounts by entering a name, email address and a password for each user account.
IMPORTANT: user accounts do not have the same menu as administrator account. This helps to keep control and maintain a secure system. If your users are all logged into the app under the administrator account, changes can be made by all users. This can result in frustration and users wondering "How did this change? I didn't change it!". It will also cause notifications to display the administrator name, when in fact it was another user that opened the door.
How to create a new user account
1. Click on the 3 line menu in the top left corner of the the Tailwind app.
2. From the menu select user management
3. Now tap on the user+ icon at the top right of your screen
4. Fill in the details shown below and select add this user to complete the setup of the user account. *Note: The password can be any password you want and it can be changed later by the user you are assigning it to.
Note: After creation the administrator can control a users access but not their password.
