I am unable to login to the Alexa skill. I followed the install video and have tried both Alexa Custom and Alexa Smart Home skills. They are both installed and setup in the Tailwind app, however I get credentials error message.
Me as well. I can add both integrations but then the garage doors can not be "found" by Alexa. I did receive the notification that the TW skill has been linked with Alexa. I am also having issues with Homekit--I can add the 2 doors but then Homekit does not recognize the doors. The Tialwind app works fine but the add-ons do not.
